Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Evaluate daily restaurant operations, monitor revenues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize labor costs and improve efficiency.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including supervising and motivating employees to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, address complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, control costs, and ensure that products are stocked and displayed effectively.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including promoting menu items and special offers to drive sales growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and may be required to work overtime.
