Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the North Bay Golden Age Club. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train and support staff members as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflicts and issues in a professional manner
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations and make recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience in office administration and management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
