We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at the North Bay Golden Age Club. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Supervision and Training
- No supervision responsibility, but may be required to train staff members on administrative procedures.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and other software applications.
- Technical Experience
- Familiarity with handling methods and food safety/handling skills.
- Screening Questions
- Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?
- Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?
- Experience an asset.
