About the Position:

At Thumbtack, we are in the initial stages of developing a top-tier marketing technology infrastructure. We seek a product manager with extensive expertise in marketing technology and collaboration with marketing teams, particularly in performance marketing. Your role will involve linking product capabilities with marketing technology to enhance customer acquisition efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, marketers, and other product teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and deliver exceptional marketing technology solutions that empower our marketing and customer growth teams.
  • Establish and evaluate critical metrics to guide decision-making and assess success.
  • Develop strong relationships with the marketing team to gain a deep understanding of their operations.
  • Facilitate coordination within your team and across departments at Thumbtack to ensure clarity and alignment on projects.
  • Adapt to various roles and serve as a vital organizational connector.

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of direct experience working with a marketing or acquisition team.

  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a marketplace environment.
  • Background in a rapidly growing startup.
