Senior Product Manager - Marketing Technology

At Thumbtack, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional marketing technology infrastructure. We are in search of a seasoned product manager with significant expertise in marketing technology and a strong background in collaborating with marketing departments, especially in the realm of performance marketing. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and marketing technology to optimize customer acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineers, marketers, and product teams to build superior marketing technology capabilities
  • Identify and evaluate critical metrics for informed decision-making and success evaluation
  • Develop robust relationships and a thorough understanding of our marketing team
  • Oversee projects within the team and across Thumbtack to ensure alignment
  • Serve as a pivotal organizational figure, taking on diverse responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management
  • A minimum of 1 year in direct marketing or customer acquisition roles
  • Solid grasp of marketing principles and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical capabilities for effective problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various functions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a marketplace business model
  • Background in high-growth startup environments
