We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee the development and execution of our product marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our product management and business units to define and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies. This will involve developing and maintaining a company-wide competitive landscape, creating and implementing strategies for gathering insights on features and services, and collaborating with sales enablement teams to design and deliver company-wide sales and client experience training and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products and services.
  2. Collaborate with product management and business units to define and execute product marketing plans.
  3. Develop and maintain a company-wide competitive landscape to equip sales and product management with insights into strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Create and implement strategies for gathering insights on features and services to support product management and roadmap planning.
  5. Collaborate with sales enablement teams to design and deliver company-wide sales and client experience training and assessments.
  6. Develop pricing and packaging strategies for products and services through market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
  7. Establish thought leadership externally in product marketing and the capital markets through contributions to industry publications, speaking engagements, and professional networking.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to synthesize and promote compelling messages to both external and internal audiences.
  9. Partner with senior leadership to assess product success and define company-wide strategies for growth.
  10. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  2. 7-10 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, product management, or content marketing.
  3. Strong ownership of strategy for product marketing and project management.
  4. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  5. Experience in capital markets is highly desirable.
  6. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering on key initiatives.
  7. Curious, proactive, and collaborative with strong leadership abilities.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and establish thought leadership in the industry.
  10. Prior experience working for high growth SaaS companies of at least 20-50M in ARR.
