Position Overview

The Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in designing processes and integrating marketing and platform data into comprehensive, impact-oriented solutions. This position demands a profound technical knowledge of Marketing Technology (Martech), Advertising Technology (Adtech), Cloud solutions, and Customer Experience (CX) platforms, alongside the capability to lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers. The role will address intricate data challenges, utilizing insights into first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) identities, omnichannel data, and empowering analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions for marketing, advertising, and customer experience, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices.
  2. Navigate complex enterprise data environments to extract essential requirements and dependencies from existing configurations. Identify new avenues where Cari can continue to offer technical consulting expertise.
  3. Oversee the integration of Martech, Adtech, and CX platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with existing systems and data flows.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to comprehend business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Align technical requirements with favorable business outcomes.
  5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers and engineers, ensuring compliance with solution design throughout the development lifecycle.
  6. Lead and contribute to strategic guidance and client technology assessments as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  7. Create architecture diagrams at conceptual, logical, and physical levels as necessary to illustrate solution designs. Develop data flow diagrams.
  8. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of client technology stacks.
  9. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and systems.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform integrations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  2. Over 10 years of experience in Martech, Adtech, and CX platform architecture, integration, and implementation.
  3. Proven success in designing solutions for complex, matrixed enterprise organizations.
  4. Strong technical proficiency in Martech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud), Adtech solutions (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp), and CX platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Pega, Optimizely).
  5. Experience in designing systems integrated with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a solid understanding of products within these ecosystems.
  6. In-depth knowledge of data management and integration processes.
  7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Demonstrated history of successfully leading technical projects from inception to completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Certifications in relevant Cloud, Martech, Adtech, or CX platforms.
  3. Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
  4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
