About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our C-Level Crossing Technology Solutions (CTS) Cybersecurity business unit as Vice President of Product Management and Technology Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity solutions and drive innovation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our cybersecurity solutions, including DataBee, a SaaS security, risk, and compliance platform.
  2. Market Analysis and Competitive Advantage: Conduct market research to identify strengths, competitive advantages, and differentiation opportunities for our products.
  3. Technology Alliances and Partnerships: Determine the technology alliances strategy and prioritize partnerships to drive business growth and innovation.
  4. Product Development and Management: Own the product development process, including budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  5. Commercialization and Launch: Play a critical leadership role in the commercialization effort for new products, including the launch of SaaS offerings.
  6. Post-Launch Assessment and Improvement: Conduct post-launch assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  7. Competitive Landscape and Emerging Trends: Identify potential competing or disruptive technologies and develop strategies to address them.
  8. Customer Insights and Feedback: Use customer insights and feedback to inform product development and drive innovation.
  9. Industry Expertise and Leadership: Apply cybersecurity industry context and business vision to anticipate emerging products and markets and develop winning product strategies.
  10. Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership versatility, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Cybersecurity Expertise: Experience as a cybersecurity practitioner in a Security Operations Center (SOC) and expertise in SIEM solutions.
  2. Product Management and Sales Experience: Experience managing, owning, or influencing technology alliances and strategic partnerships for a security product, preferably one used in the SOC.
  3. Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  4. Industry Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity industry trends, emerging technologies, and market analysis.
  5. Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional customer presentation skills, particularly in technical presentations.
