Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass all sales targets
  • Recruit, mentor, train, and inspire a team to enhance sales techniques, customer service, and operational efficiency
  • Accountable for the accuracy of promotional forecasts and strategic planning
  • Expand the business by increasing distribution in both new and existing markets
  • Execute all sales, marketing, merchandising, and personnel initiatives through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives
  • Conduct business evaluations with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with business control requirements, including inventory management and sales reporting accuracy
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 30-40% of the time) to maintain consistent leadership and sales standards within the District and to participate in regional meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of coaching others
  • Familiarity with a Direct Store Delivery system is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational abilities demonstrated by the capacity to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues, and meet deadlines or targets
