Brandt Agricultural Products Ltd. is actively looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Alberta region. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting the full range of products from the Brandt Agricultural Division through a network of dealers. This position requires significant travel within the designated area, collaborating closely with dealers, and executing marketing initiatives to meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell annual product volumes via the Brandt Agricultural distribution network.
  • Execute Brandt Ag Division programs and policies effectively.
  • Maintain territory expenses within the allocated budget.
  • Strengthen dealer representation for Brandt products.
  • Collect market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • Travel extensively within the territory, participating in sales meetings and trade exhibitions.

Essential Skills:

  • Solid understanding of agricultural machinery products or a related sector.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with Alberta Agricultural Dealers is advantageous.
  • Competent in basic computer operations.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the agricultural sector.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of agricultural machinery products or a similar industry.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales and Marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Alberta Agricultural Dealers is advantageous.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Team-oriented with a strong drive to achieve objectives.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
