Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing:
    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue

  • Team Management and Dispatch:
    • Effectively manage and dispatch regional teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Performance and commission-based position
  • Solid background and expertise in shutdowns, oil, and gas industries
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, and team management
  • Proficient in project management, with an emphasis on timely delivery and quality
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
  • Familiarity and respect for Indigenous cultures and traditions
  • Valid driver's license
