- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of coaching others
- Familiarity with a Direct Store Delivery system is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues, and meet deadlines or objectives
