Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market share expansion and enhance visibility in licensed establishments by cultivating strategic partnerships aligned with the Dandurand Group's portfolio of wine and spirits.
  • Prioritize the distribution of new offerings and key brand initiatives.
  • Utilize industry analytics to create compelling sales presentations, emphasizing strong return on investment.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to enhance business value and maintain brand prominence.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives, contributing to overall sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Oversee daily budget management to support business growth.
  • Monitor business-related expenditures and provide insights on spending patterns.
  • Ensure complete compliance in tracking account interactions, targets, objectives, distribution, and account management through the CRM system.
  • Project volume forecasts for account purchases based on sales data analysis.
  • Engage in supplier visits, trade shows, marketing initiatives, and consumer events, which may occur outside standard business hours.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product offerings, competitive dynamics, and customer operations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in managing a sales territory.
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is highly desirable.
  • WSET Certification is considered a strong asset.
