Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at MAKE UP FOR EVER. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our wholesale business in Alberta, while building brand love and awareness through education and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within your territory, while maintaining the company's core values and mission.
  • Regional Business Development: In partnership with the Senior Director, Canada, define and implement regional business initiatives to generate sales and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team, including Market Specialists and Selling Specialists.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that the regional team has the necessary skills and knowledge to drive sales and business growth.
  • Brand Management: Ensure that the brand image and DNA are upheld by the regional team, and that visual and operational standards are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales analysis and reporting to the Senior Director, Canada, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in field sales with leadership, management, and training experience.
  • Must have makeup artistry and education skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint computer skills.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time, drive, and maintain a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adjust to business needs.
