Job Title: Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative

At Zedd Customer Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls on behalf of our clients, promoting products and services, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place and receive telephone calls to promote products and services.
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed established sales and customer service goals.
  • Participate in training and re-training programs to stay up-to-date on products and services.
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on errors or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual English/French language skills.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or call centre environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
