Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Programs Manager to join our team at The Bank of Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists to deliver high-quality recruitment services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including universities and colleges
  • Represent the Bank at recruitment events and serve as an ambassador for our organization
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging recruitment trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with experience in leading teams and developing recruitment strategies. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional requirements include:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration
  • Established experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on early talent and campus recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
