Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Lead the annual University Recruitment campaign and guide internal stakeholders through the full recruitment cycle.
  • Own the success of recruitment programs by being an inspiring leader, fostering a positive work environment, and setting clear and ambitious goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external outreach partners, such as universities, colleges, and student associations.
  • Continuously refine and evolve the design of our programs to implement enhancements that align with business and strategic objectives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive improvements, optimize processes, and support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant domain, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Established experience leading a team of recruitment professionals.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships and establish credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and deploy impactful solutions.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module and experience with event planning or leading multi-stakeholder projects.
