Job Summary

Brightgrove Canada Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Recruitment to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute plans to attract and retain top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Manage Recruitment Team: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Identify and attract top candidates through various channels, including networking events, job fairs, and online platforms.
  • Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the role.
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and deliver training programs to ensure recruiters have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure we are meeting our targets and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
