About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, and presenting lease agreements. You'll also maintain the property's appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
- Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
- Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they're clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
- Valid driving license (required)
