About the Role

MAG Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Satisfaction Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory: Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Receive and Log Complaints: Receive and log customer complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Receive Payments: Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell products or services to customers, providing information and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Explain Procedures, Risks, and Benefits: Clearly explain procedures, risks, and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the products or services they are purchasing.
  • Answer Clients' Inquiries and Provide Information: Respond to customer inquiries and provide information to support their needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Consult with Clients After Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Follow up with customers after a sale to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and provide ongoing support as needed.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and working under pressure to meet customer needs.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as answering customer inquiries and processing payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Veterans: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Support for Mature Workers: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
  • Supports for Visible Minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
  • Duration of Employment: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
