About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at MAG Technologies Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Place orders for office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Complaint Resolution: Receive and log complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments from clients and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Sales Support: Assist clients with sales inquiries and provide information on products and services.
  • Client Education: Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services.
  • Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks.
