About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at MAG Technologies Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to written and oral inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Place orders for office supplies and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Complaint Resolution: Receive and log complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments from clients and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
  • Sales and Support: Sell merchandise to clients and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Procedure Explanation: Clearly explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide information to resolve issues.
  • Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
