About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction Representative at MAG Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Client Inquiries

Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, either written or verbal, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Manage Office Supplies and Inventory

Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.

Process Client Complaints

Receive and log client complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Process Payments and Sales

Receive payments and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Provide Product Information and Support

Explain product procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Support for Visible Minorities

Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
