About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at MOBILE SNAP. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange Billing and Refunds: Process billing and refunds for services provided to clients.
  • Explain Services: Clearly communicate the type and cost of services offered to clients.
  • Issue Receipts and Forms: Prepare and issue receipts and other forms as required.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records and statistics related to customer interactions.
  • Order Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform General Office Duties: Perform general office duties as required.
  • Receive and Log Complaints: Receive and log customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Receive Payments: Process payments from clients.
  • Explain Procedures: Clearly explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
