Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Fit Expert to join our team. As a Fit Expert, you will be responsible for fitting customers to ensure their alterations fit, feel, and look great. You will guide customers to try on clothes, measure accurately, and understand their preferences.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Guide customers to try on clothes and measure accurately.
  2. Be responsible for fitting/pinning customer's clothes.
  3. Prepare and perform basic clothing alterations, including sewing.
  4. Follow established standards for customer service, problem resolution, and handle customer complaints.
  5. Make customers feel welcome and comfortable.
  6. Recommend alteration options, demonstrating a strong knowledge of our alteration processes and products.
  7. Offer alternatives that fit the customers' budget, or products that complement the alteration.
