Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Clerk to join our team at National Bank Insurance. As a Senior Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting our operations and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out complex administrative duties, including data analysis and report processing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to client and partner inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records, including physical and digital documents.
  • Collaborate with the Business Administration team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 2.5 years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French) with the ability to work closely with colleagues outside Quebec.
