Your OpportunityOur Scarborough & North York office is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join the Office Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt and courteous customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Managing incoming calls, offering directory assistance, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Supporting local partners and staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
- Handling a variety of administrative duties such as invoice processing, letter preparation, document management, and general office upkeep.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ensuring the reception area is organized, welcoming, and reflects a professional image.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, cheques, and courier packages; preparing outgoing mail for delivery.
- Assisting with meeting room setup for training sessions and events.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of kitchen and meeting areas.
- Managing reception opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including document preparation, electronic filing, and managing shared email inboxes.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
