About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Noohi Law Professional Corporation. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our law office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, record and prepare minutes of meetings and court sessions, and prepare correspondence and legal documents.
  • Communication and Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload.
