About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Person Supervisor to join our team at Asia Global Trading Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of delivery staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle customer requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that company funds are managed effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Order merchandise and authorize the return of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is managed efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that they are utilized effectively and that customer needs are met.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is managed effectively and that customer needs are met.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that they are working together effectively to achieve company goals.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that company operations are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
