Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of delivery staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.
- Sales Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties and tasks, ensuring that they are utilized to their full potential and that sales targets are met.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances to ensure that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, including supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the delivery team, ensuring that they are fair and equitable.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
