Key Responsibilities- Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Ingredient Management: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding operations.
- Delivery Oversight: Supervise and verify the delivery of food trolleys to ensure efficiency.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Client Focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and work demands.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, with English as the primary working language.
