About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • Security Guard License: Possess a valid Security Guard License, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with the ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate exceptional client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
