Key Responsibilities:
  • Address inquiries through various channels including telephone, email, or chat regarding our offerings in a prompt, compliant, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, proactively seeking creative solutions to tailor each interaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, focusing on resolving issues and complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Promote ongoing enhancements by identifying, proposing, and engaging in process improvements.
  • Comprehend and implement departmental policies and procedures effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and French are essential.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in using computers.
  • Post-secondary education in financial services or administration is advantageous.
