Job Summary
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing all property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and representing property management in resolving guest-related situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee relations
- Participate in employee training and development programs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
