Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who visit our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and friendly service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest registrations, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
