Job Summary

Serve as the property manager on duty, overseeing all property operations to provide exceptional hospitality and service. Represent property management in resolving guest-related situations, managing the flow of questions, and directing guests within the lobby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including payroll administration, customer recognition programs, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with departments to support property operations and goals, and resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees, and participate in employee performance appraisals.
  • Implement emergency plans, including accident, death, elevator, thefts, vicious crimes, bombs, and fire.
