Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the digital solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the digital solutions industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, brokers, and channel partners to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a hunter mentality sales role.
  • Experience leading an entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the digital solutions industry (e.g. SEO, webpage development, digital marketing).
  • Understanding of the financial industry.

This is a 100% commission-based role with a comprehensive onboarding and training program. You will have access to a range of tools and resources to support your success, including lead generation software, automated training, and full backend support.
