Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
    • Cost products and services to ensure profitability and quality.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs.
  • Team Leadership
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Supervise a team of 11-15 people, including food and beverage servers, to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications
    • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral communication and client focus.
    • Flexibility and reliability.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
