Lead Product Manager for Technical Solutions

Position Overview:
As the Lead Product Manager for Technical Solutions at Xplor, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision and strategy for the integration of Single Sign-On (SSO), Globalization, and API connections throughout our product suite. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to articulate requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-departmental projects related to SSO, Globalization, and API connections.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders to collect insights, prioritize features, and relay updates.
  • Develop business cases and narratives to secure organizational support for new product initiatives.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to define technical specifications, prioritize initiatives, and ensure coherence on project roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Promote the creation of best practices and processes for consistent implementation across various products.
  • Establish project KPIs and implement a strategy for measuring success for each significant product launch.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on technical products and services.
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly in SSO, Globalization, and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-departmental projects and delivering complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in developing processes for consistent implementation across various products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
