Role Overview
As the Lead Product Manager for Technical Solutions at Xplor, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical vision and strategy for the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO), Globalization, and API integrations throughout our product suite. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to outline requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure effective execution. This position demands a robust understanding of technical principles, a background in engineering, and a proven history of establishing processes for consistent implementation across various products.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-departmental initiatives concerning SSO, Globalization, and API integrations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders to collect feedback, prioritize functionalities, and communicate progress. Develop business cases and narratives to secure organizational support for new product initiatives. Partner with engineering teams to define technical specifications, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment on roadmaps and deliverables. Spearhead the creation of best practices and processes for consistent implementation across diverse products. Establish project KPIs and implement a measurement strategy for each significant product release.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on technical products and services. Strong technical foundation, with in-depth knowledge of SSO, Globalization, and API integrations. Demonstrated success in leading cross-departmental initiatives and delivering intricate technical projects. Experience in creating processes for consistent implementation across various products. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.Additional Insights
