About the Role

The Digital Product Owner is a key member of our team at Technical Safety BC, responsible for driving the evolution of our digital products and platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, including usability testing and user acceptance testing
  • Lead the resolution of customer and stakeholder concerns and escalations
  • Ensure post-operations activities and action items are completed
  • Create and drive change management plans, including user documentation and operational resourcing
  • Identify, prioritize, and address ongoing backlog to support team development and goals
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure digital strategies align with current and future state architecture
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of digital product management and/or program management experience with customer-facing applications
  • Proven track record of creating and managing projects for cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration across multiple disciplines
  • Ability to drive results independently while thriving in collaborative environments
