Job Overview

As the Lead Product Manager for Xplor's Technical Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical strategy and vision for the integration of Single Sign-On (SSO), Globalization, and API connectivity across our diverse product offerings. Your collaboration with engineering teams, product leaders, and various stakeholders will be crucial in defining project requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cross-departmental projects focused on SSO, Globalization, and API connectivity.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with essential stakeholders to collect insights, prioritize features, and relay updates.
  • Develop compelling business cases and narratives to secure organizational support for new product initiatives.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to outline technical specifications, prioritize tasks, and ensure cohesive alignment on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Promote the creation of best practices and processes for consistent implementation across various products.
  • Set project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement a strategy for measuring success with each significant product launch.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with technical products and services.
  • Strong technical foundation, with in-depth knowledge of SSO, Globalization, and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-departmental projects and delivering complex technical solutions.
  • Experience in establishing processes for consistent implementation across various products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
