Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Users: Address and resolve issues faced by users in a timely manner.
  • Research Solutions: Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Guidance: Offer advice and training to users to help them navigate and overcome technical difficulties.
  • Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Application Redesign: Contribute to the redesign and improvement of applications and software.
  • Supervision: Oversee the work of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Network Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and internet issues as they arise.
  • Equipment Setup: Ensure proper installation and setup of equipment for employee use, including cables and software.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a relevant trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
