About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at I Time Inc. as a permanent, hybrid employee working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring research and consultation with technical manuals and documentation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and contribute to the development of knowledge bases and technical documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other technical support analysts and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
