Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users encountering challenges with their computer systems
  • Refer to user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to identify and implement solutions
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific issues

  • Oversee the work of junior technical support staff
  • Deliver business systems, network, and Internet support to users facing difficulties

Technical Proficiency
