About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at I Time Inc. as a Systems Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that our computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, responding to their queries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on our computer systems and networks, ensuring that they are up-to-date and running efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical problems, using your analytical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, providing clear and concise technical information and guidance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and resolutions, using our problem-tracking system.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
