Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, responding to their queries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on our computer systems and networks, ensuring that they are up-to-date and running efficiently.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical problems, using your analytical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, providing clear and concise technical information and guidance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical issues and resolutions, using our problem-tracking system.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve our goals.
