About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at I Time Inc. as a permanent, full-time employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • System Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of networking software and hardware, networking security, and MS Office applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask, and flexibility.
Work Environment
  • Work Type: Permanent, full-time.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
