Accounts Management Professional

Join our team at CL Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd. as a dedicated Bookkeeper. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP education is preferred.
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
- Post journal entries accurately.
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
- Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Compile trial balances of accounts.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Demonstrates accuracy in work.
- Exhibits a client-focused approach.
- Highly organized and reliable.
- Works well in a team setting.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- This is a permanent position.
- Work language is English.
- Standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
