Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic, and proactive Deputy General Manager to oversee our established team. This role is perfect for someone eager to join a supportive family-like atmosphere where both personal and professional advancement are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team leaders and frontline staff.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance restaurant performance through guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Maintain a prominent presence on the restaurant floor to ensure an exceptional experience for all patrons.
  • Work closely with our passionate Ownership and Operations teams to create enjoyable experiences for both staff and guests while serving delicious meals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven management experience in a medium to large full-service dining environment.
  • Experience in scheduling, recruitment, training, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of product quality, guest service, and operational standards.
  • Exceptional team management, delegation, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities, with a talent for motivating and mentoring others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with plant-based dietary practices is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently while following guidance from the Operations team and Ownership.
