About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Nesbou Development Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
